All sales, purchases, trades, and communications are strictly between users.

3. No Liability for Transactions

• Does not verify user identity, legitimacy, or intent

• Is not liable for any fraud, scams, losses, injuries, or damages arising from interactions on or through the website

You are fully responsible for verifying:

• Legitimacy of buyers or sellers

• Condition and legality of items

• Safe in-person meetups

• Payment methods

• Your own personal safety

We recommend meeting in public locations and avoiding advance payments.

4. Accounts, Security & Verification

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate information

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials

You grant 1412539 B.C. LTD. dba TurboList a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, or distribute your content as part of operating the platform.

We may edit, remove, or refuse listings at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users may not post or engage in the following:

Illegal or prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• Drugs, controlled substances

• Stolen goods

• Counterfeit items

• Weapons prohibited by law

• Adult services or explicit content

• Anything violating federal/provincial regulations

Prohibited behaviour:

• Scams, phishing, fraud

• Harassment, threats, or abuse

• Duplicate spam listings

• Scraping or harvesting website data

• Attempting to bypass moderation or safety systems

• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violation may result in immediate account removal.

7. Paid Features & Refund Policy

TurboList.ca may offer paid options such as:

• Featured listings

• Premium placement

• Advertisement boosts

• Business or bulk posting packages

All sales are:

• Final

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

Unless otherwise required by law.

If a paid feature is unavailable due to a system error, we may provide a credit at our discretion.

8. Communication Tools

TurboList.ca provides messaging tools for user-to-user communication.

By using them, you agree that:

• We may monitor messages for safety, moderation, or compliance

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or intent of users

• We are not responsible for harassment, fraud, or harmful interactions

Report suspicious users immediately so we can investigate.
